I'm not one to blow my own trumpet but boy did this meal taste good! It really reminded me of some of the meals I've had at Wagamama but even better.
To make the teriyaki tuna I simply baked the frozen tuna steaks in a 210°C oven for 20 minutes. After they are cooked I simply poured over some teriyaki sauce.
I cooked the rice as usual and then added a splash of soy sauce.
As the rice was cooking I simply placed a steamer over the top of the pan with the broccoli in, it was ready when the rice was done.
- 4 courgettes, spiralised
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Just mix all the ingredients together, let the flavours mingle for 10 minutes or so and then you have yourself an extremely tasty salad that goes perfectly with the tuna.
